Essential Oils
Essential oils are the life source energy of plant medicine and have been used as a form of
boosting health and wellness for centuries. I personally use them in my life on a daily basis to
keep my immune system strong, my emotions in balance, and my energy light & free.
Non diluted and unadulterated essential oils are highly concentrated and
therefore super potent. LESS IS MORE when it comes to using them on or in your body. They also assist
in raising the vibration of those who use them, and the space in which they are used. Essential oils are a great
way to promote physical, mental, and energetic health and wellness and have helped me process and
heal from many past traumas and injuries.
While I know there are a few good brands on the market that are unadulterated and completely
natural, I personally choose to use Young Living brand oils and products because of their quality and
potency. Therapeutic grade is the highest-level oil quality rating you can have, as there is absolutely no
adulteration or addition of synthetic fillers, which not only alter the oil’s chemistry making them less
therapeutic but the synthetic fillers can actually weaken your immune system function and cause
allergic reactions.
Young Living does not spray the plants from which the distill or press their oils with toxic pesticides AND
are sustainably farmed to help support the healing of the Earth from the pollutions and destructions of
mankind. Young Living tests all of their oils with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and if
there is any concern, they follow up with isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) to ensure proper
natural chemotype ratios of their oils and products. They are also one of the only brands with a separate
vitality line of oils that have been FDA tested and approved for internal use… which honestly doesn’t
mean a whole lot simply since the FDA allows many toxic things to be considered safe for human
consumption, but the point here is that Young Living goes above and beyond to prove the safety and
efficacy of their oils which is super awesome in my opinion.
In addition to how well they care for the process of making their oils through steam distillation or cold-
pressing, they also have great customer service and give back to the communities around their
growing farms all over the world, to create a better quality of life for as many people as they can. They even offer
